# PromptSmart+ vs Easy Teleprompter

The clearest difference is update cadence: Easy Teleprompter at every 2 weeks against PromptSmart+'s every 5 weeks. Easy Teleprompter also leads on iOS requirement (12.4 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PromptSmart+ sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month and Easy Teleprompter sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PromptSmart+ ships an update every 5 weeks, Easy Teleprompter every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
