# Easy Fast Tracker vs MoodState

The clearest difference is update cadence: MoodState at every 3 days against Easy Fast Tracker's every 9 days. Easy Fast Tracker's advantage is device support (4 vs 2) and iOS requirement (16.1 vs 18.6). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Easy Fast Tracker sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and MoodState sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Easy Fast Tracker ships an update every 9 days, MoodState every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
