# Buddywatch vs Angle Finder

The clearest difference is rating: Buddywatch at 4.7 against Angle Finder's 3.0. Buddywatch also leads on ratings volume (8.7K vs 2). Angle Finder's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs monthly) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 14.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Buddywatch sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and Angle Finder sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Buddywatch holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Buddywatch has 8.7K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Buddywatch ships an update monthly, Angle Finder every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
