# ZATE vs societize

The clearest difference is rating: societize at 5.0 against ZATE's 3.5. ZATE's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (36 vs 1). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

societize holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ZATE has 36 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and September 23, 2026 respectively.
