# Arival Event vs TOMIS

The clearest difference is rating: TOMIS at 5.0 against Arival Event's 4.1. TOMIS also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Arival Event's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (16 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

TOMIS holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Arival Event has 16 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Arival Event ships an update every 9 days, TOMIS every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and September 17, 2026 respectively.
