# iRYDE vs Aret

The clearest difference is rating: Aret at 5.0 against iRYDE's 2.8. iRYDE's advantage is ratings volume (9 vs 1) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Aret holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: iRYDE has 9 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

iRYDE ships an update every 4 months, Aret every 3 months. Both last shipped on October 16, 2026.
