# Bluetooth Lost BLE Finder vs Bluetooth Scanner

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Bluetooth Scanner at 100% against Bluetooth Lost BLE Finder's 56%. Bluetooth Scanner also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Bluetooth Lost BLE Finder's advantage is rating (4.4 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (223 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bluetooth Lost BLE Finder sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Bluetooth Scanner sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Bluetooth Lost BLE Finder holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bluetooth Lost BLE Finder has 223 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 56% of Bluetooth Lost BLE Finder's written reviews are positive against 100% of Bluetooth Scanner's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Bluetooth Lost BLE Finder ships an update monthly, Bluetooth Scanner every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
