# Carota vs Murror AI

The clearest difference is rating: Carota at 5.0 against Murror AI's 4.3. Carota also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2) and iOS requirement (13.4 vs 15.5). Murror AI's advantage is review sentiment (63% vs 33%) and update cadence (weekly vs every 4 weeks). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Murror AI sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month. Carota asks for nothing beyond the download.

Carota holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Murror AI has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of Carota's written reviews are positive against 63% of Murror AI's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Carota ships an update every 4 weeks, Murror AI weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
