# Fast Stop vs Krystal

The clearest difference is rating: Krystal at 4.7 against Fast Stop's 4.2. Krystal also leads on ratings volume (15K vs 5). Fast Stop's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 35%) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 14.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Krystal holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Krystal has 15K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Fast Stop's written reviews are positive against 35% of Krystal's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
