Helmsman looks up real map results. It does not invent pins and it does not do turn-by-turn. You plan the trip here. Maps drives. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Set a start and an end — not just “from here” • Add a stop, remove a stop, or change the destination • Hand the whole trip to Maps • Save Home and Work once, then say take me home • While parked, use a contact’s street address when you ask for someone by name • Show distances in miles or kilometers CARPLAY Ask Siri to talk to Helmsman, then speak normally. There is no extra wake word. The wheel button is still Siri. WHAT’S FREE Drive, Go, saved places, CarPlay, and opening Maps stay free. You do not need Plus to start a route.
