# NapoleoN Chat vs Cifer

The clearest difference is ratings volume: NapoleoN Chat at 5 against Cifer's 1. Cifer's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.6). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NapoleoN Chat sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 3 months and Cifer sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for NapoleoN Chat against 5.0 for Cifer. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NapoleoN Chat has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

NapoleoN Chat ships an update fortnightly, Cifer every 10 days. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
