# Drake Hotels vs Grizzl

The clearest difference is update cadence: Grizzl at monthly against Drake Hotels's every 19 months. Grizzl also leads on review sentiment (26% vs 0%) and ratings volume (27 vs 2). Drake Hotels's advantage is rating (3.0 vs 2.7) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Drake Hotels holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 2.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Grizzl has 27 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Drake Hotels's written reviews are positive against 26% of Grizzl's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Drake Hotels ships an update every 19 months, Grizzl monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
