# Converge Study Abroad vs ApplyBoard

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Converge Study Abroad at 50% against ApplyBoard's 20%. Converge Study Abroad also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). ApplyBoard's advantage is rating (4.2 vs 4.0). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ApplyBoard holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 4.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 3 and 5 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Converge Study Abroad's written reviews are positive against 20% of ApplyBoard's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
