# ZZ MALL vs Hello Box

The clearest difference is ads: Hello Box at none against ZZ MALL's shown. Hello Box also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 67%) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). ZZ MALL's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 12 months) and rating (4.9 vs 4.5). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ZZ MALL holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ZZ MALL has 18 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of ZZ MALL's written reviews are positive against 100% of Hello Box's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

ZZ MALL ships an update monthly, Hello Box every 12 months. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
