# Fronius Solar.web vs SEMS+

The clearest difference is rating: Fronius Solar.web at 3.1 against SEMS+'s 2.4. SEMS+'s advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and update cadence (every 8 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Fronius Solar.web holds the better App Store score, 3.1 against 2.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 7 and 12 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 19% of Fronius Solar.web's written reviews are positive against 25% of SEMS+'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Fronius Solar.web ships an update every 3 weeks, SEMS+ every 8 days. Both last shipped on October 16, 2026.
