# Luna Controller vs Clever 4Ever

The clearest difference is price: Luna Controller at Free against Clever 4Ever's $3.99. Luna Controller also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and rating (4.6 vs 4.2). Clever 4Ever's advantage is review sentiment (63% vs 29%) and update cadence (every 9 days vs monthly). On ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Luna Controller is free to download; Clever 4Ever costs $3.99 up front. Clever 4Ever sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Luna Controller asks for nothing beyond the download.

Luna Controller holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Luna Controller has 7.7K ratings behind it against 35, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 29% of Luna Controller's written reviews are positive against 63% of Clever 4Ever's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Luna Controller ships an update monthly, Clever 4Ever every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
