# PuttrCo vs Rypstick

The clearest difference is review sentiment: PuttrCo at 71% against Rypstick's 41%. PuttrCo also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 2 weeks) and chart position (#180 vs unranked). Rypstick's advantage is ratings volume (1.9K vs 17) and rating (4.7 vs 4.4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PuttrCo sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month and Rypstick sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $49.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Rypstick holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Rypstick has 1.9K ratings behind it against 17, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 71% of PuttrCo's written reviews are positive against 41% of Rypstick's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

PuttrCo ships an update weekly, Rypstick every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
