# Jaggers vs Fridge

The clearest difference is rating: Fridge at 5.0 against Jaggers's 4.4. Fridge also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs monthly). Jaggers's advantage is monetization model (free vs freemium) and ratings volume (347 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Fridge holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Jaggers has 347 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Jaggers ships an update monthly, Fridge every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
