# NoteCircle vs Elsewhere Reminders

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Elsewhere Reminders at 100% against NoteCircle's 70%. Elsewhere Reminders also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6). NoteCircle's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 4 weeks) and ratings volume (1.2K vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NoteCircle sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Elsewhere Reminders sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Elsewhere Reminders holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NoteCircle has 1.2K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 70% of NoteCircle's written reviews are positive against 100% of Elsewhere Reminders's.

NoteCircle ships an update every 3 days, Elsewhere Reminders every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
