# StyleKorean vs MAXYMOVA

The clearest difference is rating: MAXYMOVA at 5.0 against StyleKorean's 2.7. MAXYMOVA also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). StyleKorean's advantage is ratings volume (134 vs 3) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MAXYMOVA holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: StyleKorean has 134 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

StyleKorean ships an update fortnightly, MAXYMOVA every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
