# POINPY vs INKT

The clearest difference is ads: POINPY at none against INKT's shown. POINPY also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (274 vs 1). INKT's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. POINPY sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and INKT sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for POINPY against 5.0 for INKT. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: POINPY has 274 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

POINPY ships an update every 2 weeks, INKT every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
