# Optimum vs 103CIR

The clearest difference is rating: 103CIR at 5.0 against Optimum's 4.5. Optimum's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (28K vs 1). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

103CIR holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Optimum has 28K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Optimum ships an update every 4 months, 103CIR every 11 months. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
