# Quick Drift vs Max Speed

The clearest difference is rating: Quick Drift at 5.0 against Max Speed's 4.1. Quick Drift also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 11) and update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). Max Speed's advantage is ratings volume (15 vs 3). On price, review sentiment, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Max Speed sells 11 one-off in-app purchases. Quick Drift asks for nothing beyond the download.

Quick Drift holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Max Speed has 15 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 59% of Quick Drift's written reviews are positive against 63% of Max Speed's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Quick Drift ships an update weekly, Max Speed fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
