# WMDPlayer vs 動画保存

The clearest difference is rating: 動画保存 at 5.0 against WMDPlayer's 4.1. 動画保存 also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1). WMDPlayer's advantage is review sentiment (60% vs 42%) and ratings volume (10 vs 3). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. WMDPlayer sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $3.99 per month. 動画保存 asks for nothing beyond the download.

動画保存 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 10 and 3 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of WMDPlayer's written reviews are positive against 42% of 動画保存's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

WMDPlayer ships an update fortnightly, 動画保存 every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
