# BPAS University vs IFSTA Driver/Operator 3

The clearest difference is rating: BPAS University at 4.5 against IFSTA Driver/Operator 3's 2.8. BPAS University also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2) and ratings volume (2.3K vs 24). IFSTA Driver/Operator 3's advantage is review sentiment (38% vs 13%). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. IFSTA Driver/Operator 3 sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. BPAS University asks for nothing beyond the download.

BPAS University holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BPAS University has 2.3K ratings behind it against 24, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 13% of BPAS University's written reviews are positive against 38% of IFSTA Driver/Operator 3's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
