# AnyLog vs Lognote

The clearest difference is update cadence: Lognote at weekly against AnyLog's every 2 months. Lognote also leads on review sentiment (94% vs 67%) and ratings volume (56 vs 6). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AnyLog sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Lognote sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.5 for AnyLog against 4.6 for Lognote. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Lognote has 56 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 67% of AnyLog's written reviews are positive against 94% of Lognote's.

AnyLog ships an update every 2 months, Lognote weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 7, 2026 respectively.
