# VellCam vs 包子

The clearest difference is update cadence: 包子 at every 2 months against VellCam's every 4 months. VellCam's advantage is iOS requirement (9.0 vs 13.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

VellCam ships an update every 4 months, 包子 every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
