# Quit Drinking vs First Rep

The clearest difference is update cadence: First Rep at every 4 days against Quit Drinking's every 3 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Quit Drinking sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and First Rep sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Quit Drinking ships an update every 3 months, First Rep every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
