# Realestateschool vs US Realty Training

The clearest difference is rating: Realestateschool at 5.0 against US Realty Training's 4.3. US Realty Training's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (32 vs 6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Realestateschool sells 20 one-off in-app purchases and US Realty Training sells 7 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Realestateschool holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: US Realty Training has 32 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Realestateschool ships an update every 3 months, US Realty Training every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
