# Ubjective vs New Year's Resolution Tracker

The clearest difference is monetization model: Ubjective at freemium against New Year's Resolution Tracker's subscription. Ubjective also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). New Year's Resolution Tracker's advantage is ratings volume (135 vs 4). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ubjective sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.49 per 7 days and New Year's Resolution Tracker sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Ubjective holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: New Year's Resolution Tracker has 135 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Ubjective ships an update every 10 days, New Year's Resolution Tracker every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
