# Snippety vs Solid Planner

The clearest difference is update cadence: Snippety at every 6 days against Solid Planner's monthly. Snippety also leads on ratings volume (71 vs 10). Solid Planner's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 88%) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Snippety sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Solid Planner sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Snippety against 4.8 for Solid Planner. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Snippety has 71 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 88% of Snippety's written reviews are positive against 100% of Solid Planner's.

Snippety ships an update every 6 days, Solid Planner monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and September 27, 2026 respectively.
