# Lease Tracker vs Coverage Map

The clearest difference is ads: Lease Tracker at none against Coverage Map's shown. Lease Tracker also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 68%) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Coverage Map's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 63 months) and ratings volume (819 vs 5). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Coverage Map holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Coverage Map has 819 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Lease Tracker's written reviews are positive against 68% of Coverage Map's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Lease Tracker ships an update every 63 months, Coverage Map fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
