# Lease Tracker vs Oasis Control

Lease Tracker and Oasis Control both sit at 4.4 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Lease Tracker's written reviews are positive against 37% of Oasis Control's. Oasis Control's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 63 months) and ratings volume (3.2K vs 5). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.4 for Lease Tracker against 4.4 for Oasis Control. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Oasis Control has 3.2K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 100% of Lease Tracker's written reviews are positive against 37% of Oasis Control's.

Lease Tracker ships an update every 63 months, Oasis Control fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
