# NMFAC vs Big Y Rx

The clearest difference is rating: NMFAC at 3.0 against Big Y Rx's 2.3. NMFAC also leads on update cadence (every 11 days vs every 10 months). Big Y Rx's advantage is review sentiment (33% vs 0%) and ratings volume (12 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

NMFAC holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Big Y Rx has 12 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of NMFAC's written reviews are positive against 33% of Big Y Rx's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

NMFAC ships an update every 11 days, Big Y Rx every 10 months. The most recent releases landed on September 16, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
