# TimeGlance vs PowerGlass

The clearest difference is rating: PowerGlass at 5.0 against TimeGlance's 3.7. TimeGlance's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 weeks) and ratings volume (106 vs 5). On ads, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

TimeGlance costs $0.99 and PowerGlass $2.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

PowerGlass holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TimeGlance has 106 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 63% of TimeGlance's written reviews are positive against 50% of PowerGlass's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

TimeGlance ships an update every 4 days, PowerGlass every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
