# Tattd vs NOVA

The clearest difference is rating: NOVA at 4.3 against Tattd's 3.5. NOVA also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (1.2K vs 45). Tattd's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and review sentiment (57% vs 37%). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NOVA sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month. Tattd asks for nothing beyond the download.

NOVA holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NOVA has 1.2K ratings behind it against 45, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 57% of Tattd's written reviews are positive against 37% of NOVA's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Tattd ships an update every 8 days, NOVA every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 15, 2026.
