# Duet Air vs BeMyDisplay

The clearest difference is rating: Duet Air at 4.3 against BeMyDisplay's 3.0. Duet Air also leads on ratings volume (1.9K vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 4 months). BeMyDisplay's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Duet Air sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $49.99 per year and BeMyDisplay sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Duet Air holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Duet Air has 1.9K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Duet Air ships an update every 3 weeks, BeMyDisplay every 4 months. Both last shipped on October 27, 2026.
