The clearest difference is update cadence: Star Magic Healing at every 2 weeks against MyHolosync's every 6 weeks. Star Magic Healing also leads on ratings volume (232 vs 40) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Star Magic Healing sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 3 months and MyHolosync sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Star Magic Healing against 4.9 for MyHolosync.
