# LegitApp Authentication vs OmniCart

The clearest difference is rating: LegitApp Authentication at 4.9 against OmniCart's 3.7. LegitApp Authentication also leads on ratings volume (10K vs 3). OmniCart's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 74%) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

LegitApp Authentication holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: LegitApp Authentication has 10K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 74% of LegitApp Authentication's written reviews are positive against 100% of OmniCart's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
