# Motive Fleet vs RigLots

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Motive Fleet at 1.7K against RigLots's 1. Motive Fleet also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks). RigLots's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

RigLots holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Motive Fleet has 1.7K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Motive Fleet ships an update fortnightly, RigLots every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
