# Appointos vs Inkspott

The clearest difference is rating: Inkspott at 5.0 against Appointos's 4.5. Appointos's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (14 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Inkspott holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Appointos has 14 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Appointos ships an update every 3 weeks, Inkspott every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on September 24, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
