# Dillard's vs J.Crew

The clearest difference is rating: Dillard's at 4.7 against J.Crew's 3.1. Dillard's also leads on ratings volume (4K vs 905). J.Crew's advantage is review sentiment (48% vs 23%) and iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Dillard's holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.1. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 4K and 905 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 23% of Dillard's's written reviews are positive against 48% of J.Crew's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
