# Stockr vs Be Positive

The clearest difference is rating: Be Positive at 3.5 against Stockr's 3.0. Be Positive also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (4 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Stockr sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and Be Positive sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Be Positive holds the better App Store score, 3.5 against 3.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1 and 4 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 78% of Stockr's written reviews are positive against 71% of Be Positive's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
