# CRDP vs DARS Schools

The clearest difference is update cadence: DARS Schools at every 2 weeks against CRDP's every 3 months. CRDP's advantage is rating (2.7 vs 2.5) and ratings volume (11 vs 2). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CRDP holds the better App Store score, 2.7 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CRDP has 11 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 0% and 0% positive.

CRDP ships an update every 3 months, DARS Schools every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
