# CRDP vs PEDABook

The clearest difference is update cadence: CRDP at every 3 months against PEDABook's every 18 months. CRDP also leads on rating (2.7 vs 2.5) and ratings volume (11 vs 2). PEDABook's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CRDP holds the better App Store score, 2.7 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CRDP has 11 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

CRDP ships an update every 3 months, PEDABook every 18 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
