# Count Time Until & Days Since vs SYNCalc

The clearest difference is rating: SYNCalc at 5.0 against Count Time Until & Days Since's 4.6. SYNCalc also leads on iOS requirement (14.1 vs 18.0). Count Time Until & Days Since's advantage is ratings volume (169 vs 1) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Count Time Until & Days Since sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and SYNCalc sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per 3 months. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SYNCalc holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Count Time Until & Days Since has 169 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Count Time Until & Days Since ships an update fortnightly, SYNCalc every 3 months. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
