# Pokus vs Turan

Pokus and Turan both sit at 4.2 stars, but that hides the real split: 75% of Turan's written reviews are positive against 18% of Pokus's. Pokus's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.6). On price, rating, ratings volume and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Pokus holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 4.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 20 and 8 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 18% of Pokus's written reviews are positive against 75% of Turan's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Pokus ships an update every 6 weeks, Turan monthly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
