# Weather Radar Widget vs Weather Widgets

The clearest difference is rating: Weather Widgets at 5.0 against Weather Radar Widget's 4.5. Weather Widgets also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 weeks). Weather Radar Widget's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (1.1K vs 3). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Weather Radar Widget sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per year and Weather Widgets sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Weather Widgets holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Weather Radar Widget has 1.1K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Weather Radar Widget ships an update every 5 weeks, Weather Widgets every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
