# Widgets & Wallpapers 4K vs WidgetPack

The clearest difference is rating: Widgets & Wallpapers 4K at 4.6 against WidgetPack's 3.7. Widgets & Wallpapers 4K also leads on ratings volume (360 vs 6). WidgetPack's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and review sentiment (75% vs 58%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Widgets & Wallpapers 4K sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and WidgetPack sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Widgets & Wallpapers 4K holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Widgets & Wallpapers 4K has 360 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 58% of Widgets & Wallpapers 4K's written reviews are positive against 75% of WidgetPack's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Widgets & Wallpapers 4K ships an update every 3 weeks, WidgetPack every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and September 19, 2026 respectively.
