# MeditaBem vs We Flow

The clearest difference is update cadence: We Flow at every 2 weeks against MeditaBem's every 3 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MeditaBem sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and We Flow sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MeditaBem ships an update every 3 months, We Flow every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
